Privacy

Last updated 24 September 2026. The controller's legal identity is configurable by the operator and will be completed before general availability.

What we hold

Business account details (name, email, password hash), your business settings and rates, the customers and projects you enter, quote versions and the messages customers leave on them, and operational logs of emails sent. Customer quote pages are reached by an unguessable link and record the name, email, time and IP address given when a customer accepts or responds.

Why

To provide the estimating and quoting service you signed up for, to send the emails you ask us to send, and to keep a record of what was quoted and accepted. We do not sell data and we do not use customer data to train models.

Processors

Hosting on Vercel, database on Neon (EU region where available), email through Resend, optional payments through Stripe and optional AI intake through Anthropic (only the description you type, never your database). Each is engaged under its own data-processing terms.

Retention, export and deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can export projects and quotes from the app, and ask for your account and all its data to be deleted from Settings → Account or by emailing us; backups are rotated within 30 days.

Under UK GDPR you can access, correct, export and erase your personal data and complain to the ICO. Contact us through the contact page.
